- Easy-to-tighten head design: these terminal clamps feature a user-friendly, easy-to-tighten head, coupled with an anti-loosening screw design, improving upon common issues of terminal clamps being difficult to tighten or prone to detachment.
- Anodic Oxidation Removed to Form Conductive Zone: Crafted from heat-treated 6061-T6 aluminum alloy and precision-engineered through CNC machining. The area where the battery post and power cable connect has the anodic layer removed to establish a conductive zone.
- Battery Terminal Adapter Compatibility: Our 6-hole, 12-Way battery terminals snugly accommodate 00 (2/0) AWG welding cables and other gauges including 1/0, 2, 4, 6, and 8 AWG. Total capacity of up to 12 cables.
- Tailored for Varied Battery Types and Posts: Designed for lead-acid batteries including AGM, GEL, WET, MF, and CA/CA, tailored to fit top post/SAE, DIN, and EN types. Note: JIS pencil post excluded.

The terminal body measures 3.94 x 1.87 x 0.75 in (length x width x height). It weighs 1.17 lb. That is the size of the part itself. How tall the assembly ends up sitting above your battery depends on how far your post stands proud of the case, which varies between batteries — so measure your vertical gap and your post height, then compare. Independently tested, not just claimed
Anyone can print "aircraft-grade aluminium" on a listing. We had ours tested by SGS, an independent laboratory, and we publish the report numbers so you can ask for them.

Electrical conductivity tested to ASTM E1004-23; IACS is the standard scale for how well a metal conducts. The aluminium is separately tensile tested to ASTM B557-15 — 52 ksi tensile, 50 ksi yield, against 6061-T6 specification minimums of 38 and 35. Machined and tested in Taiwan.
