Privacy Policy
What this website does and does not collect, in plain language.
The short version.
This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking of any kind. It sets no cookies. There are no forms on it, so there is nothing for you to fill in and nothing for us to store.
The only ways we end up with your information are if you email us, or if you play one of the embedded videos, which involves YouTube. Both are explained below.
Who we are
This website, kutnex.com, is operated by Maoyu Technology Co., Ltd., a precision CNC machining company based in Taiwan, trading as KUTNEX.

What we do not do
We want to be specific rather than vague, because "we value your privacy" means nothing on its own. As of the date above, this site contains:
- No analytics. No Google Analytics, no Plausible, no self-hosted equivalent. We do not know how many people visit this site or which pages they read.
- No advertising or social pixels. No Meta pixel, no TikTok pixel, no conversion tracking, no retargeting.
- No cookies. The site sets none, and it does not use local storage or any similar browser storage.
- Almost no JavaScript. The pages we write are static HTML and CSS and carry no script of our own, apart from the structured-data blocks search engines read. There is one exception, and it is not ours: on the three pages where we publish our email address, Cloudflare removes the address from the page source and adds a small script that reassembles it in your browser, so that address-harvesting bots cannot read it. That script is about 1 KB, runs entirely in your browser, sets no cookie and sends nothing anywhere. If you browse with JavaScript turned off, the address will not display — write to the address given at the foot of this page instead.
- No forms. There is nowhere on this site to submit your name, email address or anything else.
- No accounts, and no purchases on this site. Our products are sold through Amazon, not here.
If any of that changes — for example if we add a guide you can request by email — this page will be updated before the change goes live, not after.
Server logs
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like every web host, Cloudflare's servers record technical details of each request in order to deliver the page and to defend against attacks and abuse. That typically includes your IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser and operating system your request reports.
We do not use these logs to build a profile of you, we do not combine them with anything else, and we do not sell or share them. They are a by-product of hosting, not a source of marketing data. Cloudflare processes them as our hosting provider under its own privacy terms.
Embedded videos
Some pages embed videos from our YouTube channel. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain, youtube-nocookie.com, which is designed not to set tracking cookies until you actually start playing a video.
If you press play, YouTube — and therefore Google — receives information about that, including your IP address, and their privacy policy applies to it rather than ours. If you would rather that did not happen, do not play the video; the page works without it.
Links to Amazon and elsewhere
Product links on this site go to our listings on Amazon. Once you follow one, you are on Amazon's site and Amazon's privacy policy governs what happens there. We do not receive information about what you do on Amazon beyond ordinary sales reporting for our own products, which does not identify individual customers to us.
These are plain links to our own products. They are not affiliate links and we do not earn a commission for referring you.
If you email us
When you write to support@kutnex.com, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation — which matters for warranty and returns questions, where the history is the point.
Our mailbox is provided by Microsoft 365. We do not add correspondents to a marketing list. We do not sell or rent email addresses, and we never will.
We keep support correspondence for as long as it is useful for warranty and product-safety purposes, and delete it when it is not.
If we ever ask for your email address
We intend to publish a fitment and torque guide that you can request by email. That is not live yet. If and when it is:
- We will ask only for an email address, and we will say what we will send.
- You will be able to unsubscribe from every message we send, and unsubscribing will be honoured immediately.
- We will not pass your address to anyone else for their own marketing.
This page will be updated to describe exactly what happens before any such form appears on the site.
Your choices
Because we hold nothing about you unless you have written to us, in most cases there is simply nothing to request. If you have emailed us and you want us to delete that correspondence, write to support@kutnex.com and say so; we will delete it unless we are required to keep it for a legal reason, and we will tell you if that is the case.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Residents of California and of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have specific rights of this kind. We apply the same practice to everyone who asks: tell us what you want done, and we will do it or explain why we cannot.
We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Children
This site is aimed at people buying and fitting automotive parts. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
International transfers
We are based in Taiwan, our hosting is provided by Cloudflare and our mailbox by Microsoft, both of which operate globally. If you contact us from outside Taiwan, your message will be handled in Taiwan and may be processed on servers in other countries.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. When a change is material — for instance if we started collecting something we do not collect today — we will make that clear on the page rather than quietly editing a sentence.
