Support

Warranty, returns and how to reach us.

Email us: support@kutnex.com

Warranty, returns, fitment questions, or anything else about the terminals. We are in Taiwan (UTC+8), so a message sent during the US day is normally read the following morning our time.

You can also use the “Ask a question” link on any of our Amazon listings — it reaches the same team.

Where do KUTNEX products ship from?

Our products are sold through Amazon and ship from Amazon’s fulfillment network, with fast Prime delivery where available.

Is there a warranty?

We stand behind our products. For a replacement or refund on an Amazon order, start on the Amazon order page, because Amazon handles returns and payment for those sales. For anything else — a question about how a part failed, or a problem that the Amazon process does not cover — email support@kutnex.com and we will sort it out.

What if a part does not fit my vehicle?

Confirm your battery post type or engine fitment before ordering. If something does not fit, Amazon's standard return process applies to eligible orders.

How do I contact KUTNEX?

Email support@kutnex.com. That reaches us directly and is the best route for anything technical — fitment, dimensions, or a part that is not behaving as it should. You can also use the “Ask a question” option on any of our Amazon listings, or the Amazon storefront and YouTube channel linked on this site; they reach the same people.

Are KUTNEX products sold anywhere besides Amazon?

We currently sell through our Amazon storefront. This website showcases the range — every product links to its live Amazon listing.

Who makes KUTNEX products?

KUTNEX is the parent brand of Maoyu Technology Co., Ltd., a precision CNC milling factory in Taiwan specializing in battery terminals and DIY automotive tools. Our products have sold on Amazon since 2023 under the Kaas name.

Coming: Battery Terminal Fitment & Torque Guide

Post identification chart, the four measurements to take in your own engine bay, torque table, and a print-to-scale paper template you can hold against your battery before you order. Body dimensions are already published in the dimension table.

We are still measuring — every dimension in the guide is taken off the actual product rather than a drawing, and we would rather publish it late than publish a number we have not verified. There is no signup form here yet because we have nothing to send you yet. When the guide is ready this box becomes the place to get it.
